Built on experience

More than parts replacement. Real problem-solving.

Vans and RVs combine automotive, residential, electrical, plumbing, structural, and finish systems in one compact space. Finding the real cause of a problem takes experience across all of them. Our background in both building and repairing these vehicles allows us to see the complete system, diagnose it thoughtfully, and recommend a repair that makes sense.

Why Regency

Built by people who understand the entire vehicle.

Experience beyond the service manual

Decades of building and repairing vans and RVs help us understand how factory systems, aftermarket equipment, and custom work interact.

Clear diagnosis before the repair

We focus on identifying the source of the problem—not repeatedly replacing parts and hoping the symptom disappears.

Custom thinking when standard parts are not enough

Older vehicles, conversions, and specialty builds often need a fabricated or redesigned solution. That is where building experience matters.

Work for vehicles worth keeping

A thoughtful repair or renovation can extend the life of a vehicle you already know, improve how it performs, and make it better suited to the way you travel.

Repair process

A straightforward path from problem to solution.

1

Tell us what is happening

Send the vehicle year, make, model, photographs, symptoms, previous repair history, and the outcome you want.

2

Schedule an evaluation

We inspect the vehicle, identify the likely cause, and define the work required. Complex problems may require paid diagnostic time.

3

Review the recommendation

We explain the findings, proposed scope, priorities, parts considerations, and estimate before authorized work begins.

4

Repair, test, and hand it back

After completing the approved work, we test the affected systems and review the finished project with you.

Repair FAQ

Answers before you bring it in.

What types of vehicles do you work on?

Regency works on vans, Sprinters, RVs, motorhomes, coaches, conversions, and specialty vehicles. Contact us with the year, make, model, and requested work so we can confirm the fit.

Do you handle both repairs and custom work?

Yes. Our experience includes troubleshooting and repair as well as remodeling, fabrication, upgrades, and custom vehicle projects.

Can you diagnose a problem another shop could not find?

Difficult and intermittent problems are welcome. Share previous invoices, test results, photographs, and a detailed description of when the issue occurs.

Do you work on older or custom-built vehicles?

Often, yes. Older and custom vehicles may require additional diagnostic time, hard-to-source components, or fabricated solutions. We evaluate each project individually.

Can you remodel only part of an interior?

Yes. Projects can range from repairing one cabinet or replacing flooring to redesigning major parts of the interior.

Do you install owner-supplied parts?

Regency must inspect and approve owner-supplied parts before installation. Suitability, completeness, condition, and warranty responsibility should be agreed upon before work begins.

How do I request service?

Send your contact information, vehicle details, photographs, symptoms, desired work, and preferred timing through the repair request form. Regency will follow up to discuss the appropriate next step.
